"You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot
of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years
and nothing's replaced them," Obama said. "And they fell through the
Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each
successive administration has said that somehow these communities are
gonna regenerate and they have not. And it's not surprising then they
get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who
aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as
a way to explain their frustrations." - Obama

That was Obama's words about small town Pennsylvania while talking to an affluent California audience show the contempt he has for average hard-working Americans.

He says they cling to guns - I believe there is a 2nd amendment that guarantees our right to guns.  It is not suprising that people that feel screwed over by their government would want to arm themselves for their own protection.

He says they cling to religion - as if there is something wrong with clinging to God in times of trouble especially.

He refers to anti-immigrant - how about anti-illegal immigrant. Against people that show disregard for our laws by their very presence.

Obama doesn't have a clue what motivates the average American!
